ABOUT THE COMPANY
PM International LLC has over 30 years of experience developing, constructing, and renovating hotels. Project sizes have ranged from $50,000 to $125,000,000, two-story to thirty stories in height, and have been located in 46 of the 50 states. Hotel brands included have been Inter-Continental, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn Select, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Marriott, Residence Inn, W Hotels, Sheraton, Westin, Four Points, Radisson, Ramada, Howard Johnson, Days Inn, Hilton, Embassy Suites, Hampton Inn, and numerous independent hotels.
PM International supervises projects from site selection all the way to completion and turnover to hotel operations. This supervision includes budgeting, scheduling, contract preparations, quality control, and coordination of furniture and equipment purchasing, required to complete a hotel. In addition to new development projects, PM International supervises renovation of hotel assets for all of its clients.
Property evaluation and due-diligence reports are one of PM International’s specialties. The property evaluation budget details every piece of furniture and every deficiency that can be determined by visual inspection and research of information at the property required to improve the hotel asset. A typical property evaluation budget will forecast expenditures over a 5 year period so that the client understands his or her cost exposure in the short term.
Having an extensive working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems gives PM International the ability to evaluate alternative systems for upgrading existing equipment, and examine potential problems such as the presence of mold and mildew, which can become a breeding ground for Legionnaire’s disease. PM International has formal training in ADA compliance, which enables the ability to identify critical ADA issues at the property level and create a long-range plan for solving those issues.
